Villa Biokovska is located in Podgora only 14 km from the most popular tourist destination of Makarska. On a 10-minute easy drive from Makarska towards Vrgorac, you will come across our house. With a leisurely drive up the Biokovo mountain, you will enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the mountain. Our beautiful, completely renovated stone house offers a vacation in a completely relaxing, peaceful environment. It consists of three rooms, one of which is in the attic. Also there are two bathrooms, a living room and a large yard full of facilities for enjoy and fun.
In the yard you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, drink wine while lying by the pool watching the sunset over the mountain while the children enjoy the large playground completely safely. The entire property is surrounded by walls in the style of Mexican haciendas and provides complete privacy and safety for children. The house is old one hundred year but its fully reconstruct following every detail of traditional construction. The location itself offers a number of advantages, as there are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby.
The Biokovo natural park is also a 5-minute drive away, where there is the Sky Walk, a glass structure that offers the thrill of walking through the sky. The beaches in Podgora, Tučepi and Makarska is only a 10-minute drive away. All the mentioned destinations offer well-kept beaches with crystal clear sea. You will also find numerous restaurants with a rich gastronomic offer of traditional dishes and a superb selection of local wines. Also in Makarska you will find many locations for nightlife as well as boat trips to nearby islands. Visit us and take back wonderful memories for a lifetime.

We stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks in June-July 2023. And it was one of the best holidays ever. The house is located in the mountains, and you sleep well at night even without air conditioning, we never turned them on. Indeed, in the mountains it is 4-5 degrees cooler than by the sea. Just 20 minutes on a picturesque road to the main resorts of the Makarska Riviera. The house has everything you need, a beautiful, huge area, a cool pool and a playground. We had breakfast and dinner outside, played petanque, rode bicycles to the Biolkovo park and enjoyed the starry sky at night. No one lives around the house. Therefore, you will need a car, but for us it was rather a plus: absolute peace and tranquility for residents tired of the bustle of the city. There are few cars on the road nearby, so even with open windows it is comfortable to sleep at night. Everything in the Villa is done with love and taste, And its main advantage: sincere owners Mate and Christina. We were greeted very warmly with drinks and treats, they arranged dinner for us by personally preparing fish and meat on the grill and generally solved all our wishes instantly. We will definitely be back again!
