Booking Questions

How long does the booking process take and how to make it?

After receiving the reservation request, your reservation is considered confirmed for the next two working days by which you need to make the payment of the deposit and send the host a copy of the confirmation. If after two working days the host has not received confirmation of payment, the reservation is considered canceled. In case you need more than two days to make the payment, please contact the host and request additional time.

What methods of payment accepted?

Private renters do not have the option of charging a credit card or any other card. For this reason, they only accept payment by bank transfer, as they have no other possibility of debiting credit cards or other payment methods. On our website, all payments are made between the guest and the host, so please contact the host for any questions regarding payment.

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?

Yes of course you can make any changes for pending reservations in agreement with the host.

How do I cancel a reservation request?

You should inform the host to cancel the reservation request. Certainly the reservation request expires after two working days.

What if I want to cancel the reservation after the deposit has been paid?

The deposit paid is non-refundable, but you can use it for future bookings. In that case, the host will send you a voucher with the amount paid that you can use it with the same host for the next two years. Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before arrival. Also the voucher is not valid if you do not show up at the accommodation at arrival day .

Whether the price offered is final?

No, it is not, all hosts offer a lower price of 10-15%, depending on the length of stay and the period you want to book.

When and where can I see an offer with a lower price?

After you send the reservation request the host will reply that the period is free and send the complete reservation specification with discount included.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

You will receive a booking confirmation via email. You can also see the status of the reservation on your account under the dashboard/ my reservations section.

Are there any additional costs upon arrival?

You do not have any additional costs upon arrival. All information on additional costs if exist is highlighted in the description of the rules on each accommodation unit .

Is the airport shuttle included in the price?

No is not included in the price. At your request, we check the price of transportation, which depends on the distance of the location and the number of passengers. We work with a carrier that offers excellent service at the lowest price.

Help on your reservations

What if I have to cancel a reservation due to the situation with covid-19?

In case you need to cancel a reservation caused by a situation with Covid-19 virus, we offer two options. A full refund or sending a voucher that you can spend the next two seasons with the same host. The hosts also reserve the right to cancel your reservation for the same reasons.

What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?

If you have left something in the accommodation feel free to contact us. We will check and send to you at your home address if we find a lost item.

In what currency can I pay the remaining amount upon arrival?

We only accept payments in  EUR. We do not accept payments in other currencies?

What if we arrive earlier than the check-in time?

If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you can leave your stuff and return to the later when apartment is ready. Leaving stuff is not possible before noon. Check-out time is at 10.00, after which the apartment is cleans and prepares for the next guests, so the time of early check-in is not possible. Only in the situation when we do not have a replacement of guests on the same day you can arrive earlier. We recommend that you check with the host to see if early check-in is possible on the day of arrival.

Is it possible to get breakfast at an additional cost?

If the owners offer breakfast, it will be stated in the description. In any case, you can contact the host and ask about the possibility of serving breakfast.
