Canyoning on the River Cetina

The Cetina River has been carving its way towards the sea for thousands of years, creating mystical shapes along its banks. Adventure Highlights:

Before starting canyoning, the guide will give you the appropriate equipment and explain the safety rules! As we descend the canyon, the sound of the river becomes louder. After a short time, we reach the heart of the canyon where we have many opportunities for fun and adrenaline:

• Pass through underground tunnels
• Swim in natural pools
• View the rapids, lakes, and waterfalls

Safety and Fitness Requirements:

• Minimal level of fitness required
• No previous experience necessary
• Water temperature: 15°C to 19°C (depending on season)
• Jumping into the water allowed only with guide’s permission (not mandatory)
• Mandatory safety gear: PFDs and helmets (provided)
• Expert guides registered with the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service
• EU certified equipment

Duration: 4-5 hours (including start and end)

Extreme Canyoning:

The difference in extreme canyoning is the abseiling part. In basic canyoning, you walk down while in extreme, you are repelled down with ropes.
